We are seeking a well-rounded IT Application Support Specialist with expertise in supporting Oracle Fusion Cloud applications across HCM, Financials, SCM, EPM, WFM, CX, and Fusion Analytics, as well as other key corporate systems including Spok Medicall, RLDatix Event Reporting, and Maximo Asset Management. This role will focus on providing day-to-day application support, including issue resolution, enhancement, reporting, and integration support. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of business processes (e.g., General Ledger, Procurement, Workforce Management), technical troubleshooting capabilities, and experience supporting cross-functional corporate systems.

Key Responsibilities



Provide Tier 2/3 application support for Oracle Fusion Cloud modules, including HCM, Financials, SCM, EPM, CX and Fusion Analytics. Provide day-to-day support and administration for Spok Medicall, RLDatix Event Reporting, and Maximo Asset Managementsystems, including issue resolution, user access management, and vendor coordination. Troubleshoot and resolve functional and technical issues in collaboration with business users and vendor support. Understand and interpret business processes to support configurations, workflows, and data integrity across Oracle Fusion modules including GL, AP, AR, Procurement, Projects, and Workforce Management. Support and maintain integrations between Oracle Fusion and other enterprise applications using tools like Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC) or other middleware solutions. Maintain system configurations and role-based access controls (RBAC) across all supported platforms. Develop and support custom and standard reporting using OTBI, BI Publisher, Smart View, and/or Power BI and other reporting tools used across corporate systems. Coordinate testing and implementation of patches, updates, and enhancements across Oracle Cloud environments and other corporate systems. Collaborate with business functional leads to deliver application enhancements and process improvements. Maintain documentation, knowledge base articles, and process guides for all supported systems and workflows.

Job Requirements




Education & Certifications



Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, or related field.

Experience



5+ years of IT application support experience, including at least 2-3 years with Oracle Fusion Cloud applications. Hands-on experience supporting multiple modules within Oracle Cloud: Financials (GL, AP, AR), HCM, SCM, and EPM, CX. Solid understanding of business processes in finance, HR, supply chain, and planning functions. Experience supporting reporting tools such as OTBI, BI Publisher, Smart View, or Power BI. Knowledge of integration tools or frameworks (e.g., OIC, REST/SOAP APIs, flat-file integrations). Proficiency with cloud platforms (Azure, AWS, Oracle Cloud) Experience with scripting languages (i.e. PowerShell). Windows Server Administration experience, including Active Directory, and virtualization technologies.

Skills



Strong problem-solving and analytical skills with a proactive mindset. Excellent communication skills with the ability to interact effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders. Comfortable working in cross-functional teams and bridging IT with business functions.

Nice to Have



Experience supporting one or more of the following systems: Spok Medicall, RLDatix, and Maximo. Oracle Cloud certifications (e.g., OIC, Financials, HCM, or SCM) are an asset. Experience with change management and ITIL-based support processes. Familiarity with SOC controls, and data privacy. * CompTIA Security+ or equivalent.
