Description

We are seeking Information Technology (IT) professionals who are interested in joining an organization that offers opportunities to work in a stimulating and challenging environment, where technology plays a crucial and strategic role. Our IT professionals are involved in creating or maintaining solutions, systems, platforms and tools, or skillfully integrating existing commercially off the shelf products, with the overall objective of protecting and presenting nationally significant examples of Canada's natural and cultural heritage, and foster public understanding, appreciation and enjoyment in ways that ensure the ecological and commemorative integrity of these places for present and future.

Experience required

EX1: Recent experience installing, configuring and troubleshooting Microsoft 365 products and Windows 11 operating system
EX2: Recent experience with troubleshooting and supporting Android and IPhone devices
EX3: Recent experience installing, configuring and troubleshooting personal computer hardware.
EX4: Recent experience installing, configuring and troubleshooting networking devices and supporting equipment.
EX5: Recent experience installing, configuring and troubleshooting security cameras or IoT devices.
EX6: Recent experience working in an IT Helpdesk capacity or similar frontline customer service.

Job Types: Full-time, Fixed term contract
Contract length: 12 months

Pay: $68,232.00-$85,811.00 per year
