IT Senior Project Manager (Infrastructure & Networking)

The role of IT Senior Project Manager at Eye T Consulting is to evaluate, organize and define Customer Project Requests. They are required to then coordinate and drive the efforts of all assigned project resources to ensure successful, on-time delivery of the projects in their portfolio.

Utilizing the selected Eye T Consulting tools, defined processes and methodologies, the Senior Project Manager will ensure that all project resource capacities and efforts are utilized effectively and efficiently, while also ensuring that clients are kept informed and up to date.

Key Responsibilities and Skills

Strong understanding of network technologies.

Able to handle multiple projects simultaneously.

Coordinate and discuss new project requests with Account Managers.

Define the project scope and create all necessary project documentation, including but not limited to the Project Charter, Bill of Materials, Communication plan.

Coordinate and host all meetings associated to the project, including but not limited to Elicitation. Kickoff, Strategy and Retrospectives.

Keep all project documentation up to date for the duration of the project lifecycle.

Pipeline grooming - Evaluate and update all projects in their pipeline regularly, shifting resources and deliverables as required to ensure resources are kept at working capacity.

Communicate regularly with all project Stakeholder and provide regular progress reports.

Take meticulous notes during all meetings.

Follow the Eye T Consulting project delivery lifecycle and provide feedback and suggestions on where improvements can be made.

Always be part of the solution.

Lead project executions and drive the project resources to ensure on-time and on-budget delivery.

Provide both technical and procedural input, suggestions and ideas to project resources at every level of the project lifecycle.

Obtain status and progress updates from all resources assigned to a project.

Identify possible roadblocks and bottlenecks in advance to avoid project delays.

Conduct post-deployment Project Retrospectives.

Ensure all project billables are executed on time.

Provide mentorship and guidance to Project Managers.

8+ years of experience in IT project management, with a focus on infrastructure and networking projects.

Excellent communication, leadership and problem-solving skills.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: $100,000.00-$120,000.00 per year

Work Location: In person
