IT Project Manager (Infrastructure & Networking) 3-5 years experience
Key Responsibilities and Skills
Demonstrate a solid understanding of network technologies to support project planning and execution. Collaborate with Account Managers to review and define new project requests. Establish project scope and prepare essential documentation, including the Project Charter, Bill of Materials, and Communication Plan. Organize and facilitate project-related meetings such as requirements elicitation, kickoff sessions, strategy discussions, and retrospectives. Maintain accurate and up-to-date project documentation throughout the project lifecycle. Monitor and evaluate the project pipeline, adjusting priorities, resources, and deliverables to optimize team capacity. Provide consistent communication and progress reporting to all stakeholders. Adhere to Eye T Consulting's project delivery framework and contribute feedback for process improvements. Lead project execution, ensuring deliverables are completed on time and within budget. Offer both technical and procedural guidance to project teams at all stages of the lifecycle. Track progress and collect regular updates from all assigned resources. Anticipate potential risks, roadblocks, or bottlenecks and implement preventive measures. Conduct post-implementation reviews and retrospectives to capture lessons learned. Oversee timely execution of all project-related billables.
3-5 years of experience in IT project management, with a focus on infrastructure and networking projects.
Excellent communication, leadership and problem-solving skills.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: $65,000.00-$75,000.00 per year
