Responsibilities

• Manage the entire recruitment process, including job postings, sourcing candidates, screening, scheduling interviews, and processing offers.
• Build strong relationships with IT professionals and match them to the right jobs.
• Find and connect with passive candidates for future roles.
• Use platforms like LinkedIn, Indeed, and Monster to find candidates with in-demand skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Science/Technology, or 2-3 years of hands-on experience in IT recruiting.
• Solid understanding of diverse IT roles and technical qualifications.
• Strong communication skills with the ability to build trust and rapport quickly.
• Highly organized with the ability to juggle multiple roles in a fast-paced environment.
• Comfortable using MS Office, Jira, and leading online recruiting tools.
