Are you an organized and detail-oriented professional with experience in IT recruitment and high-volume administrative coordination? This role offers an excellent opportunity to support the setup and ongoing operations of a Global Delivery Hub, ensuring accuracy of data, efficient onboarding processes, and seamless communication with vendors and internal stakeholders.
Working with one of our top financial clients, this position calls for an IT Recruiter who will manage candidate pipelines, review resumes, coordinate onboarding activities, and maintain critical data with precision. The ideal candidate will bring strong IT recruitment experience, exceptional organizational skills, and the ability to prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities:
Support the establishment and operational management of the Global Delivery Hub by maintaining demand files and onboarding processes.
Perform end-to-end coordination of candidates-from resume screening to onboarding completion.
Liaise with third-party vendors and internal stakeholders to ensure alignment and timely follow-ups.
Handle high-volume administrative tasks while ensuring accuracy and attention to detail.
Manage and prioritize multiple tasks during peak periods.
Utilize the MS Office Suite to update reports, track data, and maintain documentation.
Desired Skill Set:
Experience in IT recruitment, including resume screening and candidate coordination.
Strong data entry skills with proven accuracy.
Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Excel, Outlook, Word, etc.).
Excellent organizational abilities and time-management skills.
Strong verbal and written communication skills.
Positive attitude with flexibility to handle varying daily tasks.
Nice-to-Have:
Previous experience working with third-party vendors.
Exposure to onboarding processes within large enterprises or banking environments.
