We are seeking a dynamic and proactive IT Recruiters to join our talent acquisition team. The successful candidate will be responsible for sourcing, engaging, and securing top IT talent to support organisational growth.
Responsibilities
Source and identify qualified IT professionals using platforms like Indeed, LinkedIn, and other tools
Build and nurture a strong network of consultants and candidates
Understand client needs and translate them into clear candidate profiles
Conduct screenings and interviews to assess technical and interpersonal fit
Coordinate placements and maintain strong relationships with placed consultants
Collaborate closely with the team, clients, and consultants to ensure smooth communication and high-quality service delivery
Skills & Qualifications
1-2 years of experience in IT recruitment, preferably in a staffing agency environment
Proven experience in lead generation techniques specific to IT recruitment
Excellent communication skills with the ability to engage effectively with candidates and stakeholders
Strong relationship management skills to foster long-term partnerships
Knowledge of social media management for talent sourcing purposes
Understanding of HR principles and best practices within the technology sector
Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively within a tea
