Coordinate technical teams: You must coordinate technical teams to respond to incidents in a timely and effective manner. This can include internal or external teams.
Assess incidents: You're responsible for assessing incidents (with help from the ARC) to determine the impact on end-users and systems. You must also help identify root causes and trends to prevent future incidents.
Manage communication: You're responsible for communicating with collaborators, including end-users, technical teams, managers and clients. You must provide regular updates on the status of incidents and manage collaborator expectations.
Improve processes: You must work closely with technical teams to improve processes and incident management procedures. This may include identifying new tools and technologies, training teams and optimizing existing processes.
