Are you a proactive and highly adaptable IT Project Manager who thrives in fast-paced, evolving environments? This role offers an exciting opportunity to support a growing startup by building project structures, establishing workflows, and driving execution from the ground up-while contributing to cybersecurity-related initiatives and operational readiness.
Working with one of our innovative clients, this position calls for an IT Project Manager - Cybersecurity who will create organizational templates and processes, manage competing priorities, ensure alignment of deliverables, and collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality outcomes. The ideal candidate excels in dynamic environments, takes ownership, and is comfortable rolling up their sleeves to make things happen.
Responsibilities:

• Develop, implement, and maintain templates, processes, and workflows across the organization.
• Take full ownership of assigned tasks and drive projects from initiation to completion.
• Ensure statements of work (SOWs) and project deliverables are fully aligned with business needs and requirements.
• Collaborate with internal teams to resolve issues quickly and maintain project momentum.
• Support cybersecurity-related initiatives through effective coordination, structure, and project discipline.
• Adapt quickly to shifting priorities while maintaining high-quality execution.

Desired Skill Set:

• 3+ years of experience working in a startup environment or similarly fast-paced setting.
• Strong organizational, planning, and prioritization skills.
• Proven ability to execute in a hands-on role with minimal direction.
• Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.
• Comfort working in ambiguous environments with competing priorities.
• Ability to create structure, process, and clarity where none currently exists.

Nice to Have:

• Exposure to cybersecurity projects or familiarity with cybersecurity concepts.
• Experience supporting project documentation, workflows, or operational readiness in technical environments.
• Strong problem-solving skills and a continuous improvement mindset.
