This role is hybrid and requires you to be at our downtown Toronto office (250 Yonge St) and/or Client office (81 Bay Street) at a minimum 2 days per week - subject to change at any time.
. Project Management - Outline project goals, terms of reference, resource requirements, and costs. Create a resource plan that ensures all stakeholders have a voice on the project. Assess the efficiency of the practices and procedures used by a team, and provide guidance that will continuously improve the project plan.. Collaboration - Help internal partners make informed decisions about the development of programs, products, and services. Coach and mentor teams working toward a common goal.. Project Coordination - Proactively identify risks to the project schedule and find ways to mitigate them. Monitor milestones; ensure they're completed according to timelines and budgets. Communication and Persuasion - Share ideas, build consensus, and write with impact. . Relationship Management - Develop trusted working relationships with business stakeholders and technology partners.
Must Have
. 10+ years of experience in managing large and mid-size projects/programs with 8+ years in Canadian retail banking . Hands on experience in Jira, Confluence and Analytical tool. Ability to manage large internal and external stakeholder groups across leadership level. Experience with transformational initiatives especially focusing on digital platforms. Knowledge of AI in banking sector. Strong negotiation skills. Understanding of Agile framework will be an added advantage
