Job Description

We are looking for an IT Project Manager to join our Information Technology team. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys leading projects, working with diverse teams, and delivering innovative IT solutions that meet organizational needs.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and coordinate project teams throughout the project lifecycle
- Define project scope, requirements, timelines, and budgets
- Coordinate internal and external resources and ensure end-user training
- Contribute to the development of IT plans, standards, and procedures
- Analyze systems and processes to recommend and implement improvements
- Prepare cost/benefit analyses, reports, and project recommendations
- Maintain effective communication with stakeholders and IT leadership
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field, or equivalent combination of education and experience
- Minimum 3 years of experience in project management and systems analysis/design
- Knowledge of systems development life cycle methodologies
- Strong communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills
- Experience producing documentation (requirements definitions, flowcharts, project plans, user guides)
- Project Management certification is an asset
- Bilingual in English and French
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and work effectively under pressure
- Client-focused with strong collaboration skills
- Innovative mindset and commitment to continuous improvement
