What We are Looking For:





We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced IT Project Manager to join our IT Project Management Office. This individual will be responsible for leading a range of technology initiatives that support the firm's strategic goals, working closely with stakeholders across departments and with the IT technical teams. The ideal candidate will bring at least 7 years of experience in project management, exceptional communication and problem-solving skills, and a strong commitment to client service. Prior experience with complex projects in a law firm or legal environment is highly desirable.




Key Responsibilities




Lead the planning, execution, and delivery of IT projects across the firm Collaborate with internal stakeholders and technical teams to define project scope, objectives, timelines, and deliverables Manage project budgets, including tracking expenses, reporting on variances, and monitoring overall financial performance Track and report on project progress, risks, and issues, ensuring transparency and accountability Facilitate meetings, manage project documentation, and provide regular updates to leadership and stakeholders Analyze business needs, engage with technical leads to evaluate solution options, and help develop practical recommendations Ensure a high level of client service and responsiveness throughout project lifecycles Contribute to the continual improvement of project management practices within the IT PMO



Requirements:




Minimum of 7 years of experience in IT project management, preferably within a professional services or legal environment Proven ability to build relationships and work collaboratively across practice groups and departments and at all levels Familiarity with project management methodologies and tools (e.g., Agile, Waterfall, Microsoft Project, etc.) PMP certification or equivalent is an asset Experience managing project budgets, including expense tracking and financial reporting

Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present complex information clearly and concisely Exceptional interpersonal skills with a customer-first attitude Demonstrated analytical skills and the ability to understand and summarize issues and solutions Highly organized and self-motivated, with a willingness to go the extra mile to meet project and stakeholder needs Approachable, helpful, and service-oriented personality Good judgement and decision making Resourceful
