It Project Manager Niche
Job Description
Our client is a top financial institution with significant North American holdings. They have operations across most major verticals, including institutional & corporate, wealth management, private client, commercial banking, treasury, and retail banking.
Introduction: Robertson is seeking a skilled IT - Project Manager Niche to join our client.
Contract Period: 6 months with potential to extend or convert
Pay Rate: Starting from $70 per hour
Location: Toronto, ON
Location Type: Hybrid: 2 days currently, starting Nov 3rd it will be on 4 days on site (London or Toronto), could be possible 5 days in office occasionally
Business Hours: Monday to Friday; Core Business Hours
Job Responsibilities:
- Deliver large real estate infrastructure projects: on time, budget, scope, and with quality.
- Oversight of multiple IT Real Estate projects.
- Strong Knowledge to map IT services to Real Estate design.
- Communicate with business partners, IT and Real Estate efficiently.
- Create artifacts as needed for financials, reporting, and presentations.
- Facilitate meetings, requirements, processes, and communication.
- Collaborate with vendors: Construction, IT, Audio Video, Real Estate.
- Resolve challenges aggressively and creatively
- 8+ years of Project Management experience
- Understanding network side of physical technology (meeting rooms, working with multiple vendors),
- At least one project working within real estate within the technology side
