Your role:Being part of the Supply Chain and IT Project Director\xe2\x80\x99s team, the selected candidate is responsible of managing and coordinating project activities for a multidisciplinary team. He/she facilitates the team members\xe2\x80\x99 cooperation and enhances the team\xe2\x80\x99s performance and synergy to continuously meet customers\xe2\x80\x99 needs and expectations.We need you for:Project Coordination and Implementation

• Coordinate with multiple stakeholders on Capacity, Schedule and Budget using the defined frameworks.

• Identify and prioritize potential IT process improvements within projects.
• Lead complex project development activities to ensure the execution of IT solutions as per business requirements.
• Report project advancement and issues to sponsors and take actions to mitigate risks.
• Ensure sustainability of solutions and smooth handover. Ensure customer satisfaction throughout the project delivery.

Transversal Team Management

• Coordinates with different IT cells scrum Masters, domain BPM and external IT Consultants and ensures roles are clear, the workload is well balanced for optimal project delivery.
• Creates an environment conductive to team self-organization and autonomy.
• Coach team members on lean/Agile methods and practices when applicable.

What do you need to possess for being successful?

• You hold a bachelor\xe2\x80\x99s degree in computer science, Management Information System or any related discipline. A degree in Business Administration would be an asset.
• You have 5-7 years of experience in IT Project Management.
• You are experienced in an Agile / Lean working environment, an asset.
• You are well organized in your work. Structure and rigor to carry out follow-ups.
• You have experience in managing budgets, timelines and deliverables.
• You can work and collaborate in a team.
• You are comfortable working in a bilingual environment (French and English), so you can communicate both orally and in writing with your colleagues and our international partners.
• You have very good analytical skills.
• You are able to travel 10% of the time.
