What You\'ll Be Doing

  • Lead and manage digital transformation projects from initiation to completion, adhering to established project management methodologies.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather project requirements and define project objectives.
  • Create and maintain project plans, schedules, and budgets.
  • Identify and mitigate project risks and issues.
  • Monitor project progress and report on project status to stakeholders.
  • Ensure projects are completed within scope, on time, and within budget.
  • Provide technical expertise in Salesforce and Power BI, including implementing and maintaining these systems.
  • Collaborate with teams to optimize and enhance our technology solutions, including Salesforce and Power BI.
  • Serve as a liaison between business stakeholders and implementation partners to ensure alignment of technology solutions with business needs.
  • Implement improvements to optimize user performance and business processes while minimizing software cost and fees
  • Deploy applications on different platforms including web, desktop, phones and tablets supporting Windows, Mac, Android and iOS
  • Resolve technical issues for end users related to software and integrations and conduct training for end-users
  • Develop automated data reporting dashboards for relevant departments and leadership team
  • Develop video-based and written standard work instructions, standard operating procedures and training materials and user manuals for the business
  • Support the business in Lean implementation to improve product quality, on-time delivery, and customer experience and reduce cost.

What You Bring

  • 8+ years experience managing technical solutions with proven success in streamlining business processes
  • Bachelor\'s degree in computer science, computer engineering, computer information systems, an engineering discipline, Information Technology or a related field (Master\'s degree is preferred
  • Project Management Professional (PMP) certification is a plus.
  • Proven Project Management experience - ability to identify/define project objectives and track project milestones and deliverables
  • Strong expertise in Salesforce and Power BI implementation and maintenance.
  • Experience analyzing 3rd party software applications and developing recommendations for use
  • Ability to specify business process requirements
  • Proven success in developing web/cloud-based software solutions
  • Ability to proactively identify continuous improvements to existing technical solutions and business processes
  • Experience developing automated data reporting dashboards
  • Experience developing standard work instructions, standard operating procedures and training materials
  • Comfortable delivering training to end users at various levels of the organization
  • Experience conducting User Acceptance Training
  • Ability to troubleshoot technical issues for end users and resolve in a timely manner
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills.
  • Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
