In Roche Informatics, we focus on delivering technology that evolves the practice of medicine and helps patients live longer, better lives.Connecting to business strategy, driving a common understanding of the informatics portfolio , and xe2x80x98connect the dotsxe2x80x99 with portfolios across Informatics and our Business partners.Use business domain expertise and strategic agility to help teams focus on business value and align to the strategic initiatives of business and IT leadership. Work with Informatics Domains and business partners to define the strategic themes and value framework to prioritize our work and portfolio based on organizational needsHighlight and identify risks/impediments in the portfolio and lead the development of subsequent actions to minimize/mitigate project failure (delayed/over budget)Ensure resources are effectively deployed and tracked for optimizing value-driven investmentsEmbrace a continuous improvement mindset and model or coach the use of Agile/lean best practices and innovationWho you are:5-7 years professional IT experience in a global or multi-site IT organization with 3-5 years of experience managing and executing Project Management and/or Customer Services with at least 3+ years of Portfolio management experience with a minimum Bachelorxe2x80x99s Degree.Experience within Pharmaceutical/ BioTech industry is a plusStrategic thinkerxe2x80x94aligns to top business priorities and has a strong passion and knowledge of our business and business partnersCourageous and focusedxe2x80x94Influencing, driver, listener who is not afraid to ask for help or escalateStrong Communication: written and verbal with executive presence; focus on consistent communication of intent and help people understand the whyHas a passion for ensuring good business planning and investments demonstrating, business acumen, financial and resource savviness and has appropriate certifications, if required.Prepared to lead change in our organization, supporting senior leaders to partner with our business stakeholders in managing our IT portfolioExcellent analytical skills with attention to detail with ability to conduct effective research, complete data analysis, efficient problem solving, creative thinking and ability to communicate performance trendsRelocation benefits are not available for this job posting.Who we areA healthier future drives us to innovate.
