Title: IT PMO
Duration: 12+ Months
Location: Saguenay, Quebec/Hybrid
Day-to-Day Responsibilities

  • Manage demand, risks, issues, and dependencies for digital or strategic projects and programs
  • Track and report on budgets, actuals, and forecasts for projects and programs
  • Develop and maintain reporting dashboards using tools like Power BI
  • Ensure projects align with strategic goals and manage governance processes
  • Build and maintain relationships with stakeholders at all levels
  • Identify and implement process improvements to drive efficiency and alignment
  • Education: A degree is often required, and postgraduate qualifications or an MBA may be desirable for some senior roles.
Preferred Skills & Qualifications:

  • Experience with collaboration platforms like SharePoint
  • Proficiency in additional data analysis tools
