Goodness Me! is now hiring a\xe2\x80\xaffull time IT Operations Specialist for our Digital Support Services team!

Your Day-to-Day:
As an IT Operations Specialist, you will be involved in facilitating the build and execution of our digital transformation roadmap for 2023 and beyond. You will also serve as the primary support resource for the organization responding to the daily IT needs of the company. Duties and responsibilities include but are not limited to:

  • Assist in the support and implementation of new & existing technologies, systems, and applications
  • Find opportunities to improve processes and build solutions
  • Administer and support a wide variety of business applications, creating best practices and guiding
  • employees on using them
  • Primary triage of helpdesk support requests via calls, emails, and assignments
  • Administration and support of our MS Azure cloud instance & Office 365 suite of applications
  • Managing the Access Control of business applications and IT infrastructure
  • Identifying and addressing security gaps and threats or workarounds and remediate accordingly
  • Ensuring network connectivity of our VLANs, VPN, SD-WAN, Failovers & Firewall configurations
  • Responding to breakdowns including travelling to business sites to address IT issues
  • Investigating, diagnosing, and solving computer software and hardware faults
  • Support of multiple user applications to support business process
  • Installing, repairing, and configuring computer hardware, software, systems, networks, printers, and scanners
  • Planning and undertaking scheduled maintenance and upgrades
  • Weekly On-Call IT support rotation
  • Onboard and off-board employees, contractors, and vendors
What you bring:
Required:
  • A post-secondary diploma or degree in Information Technology or equivalent experience
  • 3+ years experience showing increased responsibilities over time in your career
  • 2+ years of experience in administering Office 365 and Azure cloud environments
  • 2+ years of working experience of MS Active Directory, Exchange and DNS technologies
  • Experience with Service Desk and Incident Management systems/ticketing systems
  • Experience with or education in information technology concepts, specifically in virtualization, IT infrastructure, and Disaster Recovery
  • Experience with ITIL, ITSM and PMO frameworks
  • Experience with endpoint management systems (inTune, autopilot, endpoint manager)
  • Experience providing end-user support in on-call rotation
  • Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to deal with users at all levels in the organization
  • Must have ability to travel locally on a regular basis
Nice to have:
  • Experience with the following technologies: ECRS Catapult, Meraki, ManageEngine, SmartSheet
  • CompTIA A+ Certification; ITIL Certification
  • Experience supporting Point-of-Sale environments (sales, inventory, ordering, payments)
  • Experience with Shopify or other eCommerce platforms
  • Network Routing and Switching knowledge
  • Deployment tools such as GPO and SCCM
  • Experience with or education in project coordination and management
