What You'll Do

Provide Acumatica ERP support, training, and documentation. Support feature rollouts, troubleshoot issues, and support integrations. Lead IT service tickets end-to-end, ensuring SLAs are met. Handle Tier 1 & Tier 2 technical support and improve service processes. Maintain IT inventory, hardware lifecycle, and software licensing. Communicate clearly with users and document processes effectively. Contribute to IT projects and share updates with the Director of IT. Mentor team members and contribute to a collaborative, values-driven culture.

What You Bring

Required:

5+ years in IT operations, service delivery, or IT service management. ERP experience (Acumatica preferred). Strong troubleshooting skills across hardware, software, and user support. Experience leading ticketing systems and SLAs. Clear, effective communication and training skills. Experience in a multi-site or manufacturing environment.

Nice to Have:

ITIL knowledge or business process optimization experience. Experience coordinating between technical and end-user teams.

Pay: $65,000.00-$85,000.00 per year
