-- Information Technology Support Technician

Reporting directly to the Information Technology Manager, the Information Technology Support Technician will play a key role in supporting medical and dental clients across multiple sites. The successful candidate will troubleshoot and resolve a wide range of computer, networking, and technical issues, as well as perform hands-on installations including cabling, patch panels, security systems, and hardware setups.

RESPONSIBILITIES

Review, prioritize, and resolve Service Desk tickets in a timely and professional manner. Install and configure new network cabinets, patch panels, and switches. Perform network wiring based on provided blueprints (Cat5e/Cat6). Install TVs, security cameras, access control hardware, and related systems. Deploy and replace computers, printers, and other IT hardware. Document all work performed in Service Desk tickets with clear, accurate notes. Provide exceptional customer service -- both onsite and over the phone. Work independently or as part of a team to complete cabling and infrastructure tasks.

REQUIRED EXPERIENCE & SKILLS

Candidates

must have

hands-on experience in the following areas

(do not apply if you do not meet these requirements):

Network cabling installation

( Cat6)

Cable termination and patch panel work

Networking fundamentals (switching, VLANs, basic routing)

Valid driver's license

is a must and ability to travel to client sites.

Additional Skills:

Security systems and CCTV installation Speaker, telephone, and low-voltage system installation Strong troubleshooting ability across Windows PCs, printers, and basic networking issues. Excellent communication and customer service skills. Ability to lift equipment and work in confined or elevated spaces as needed.

Pay: $21.00-$30.00 per hour
