Dassault Systemes recherche un specialiste motive et techniquement competent en services et support de surveillance informatique dans notre bureau de Montreal, QC, dans un role sur site/hybride.

L'equipe TI de Centre de surveillance des operations est repartie sur plusieurs sites dans le monde. Elle a pour mission de surveiller l'infrastructure de production dans un environnement 24h / 24 et 7j / 7 et collabore avec les equipes informatiques de Dassault Systemes en Amerique, en Europe et en Asie. Nous creons actuellement une equipe de cinq personnes pour le centre de surveillance des operations de Montreal, pour unir leurs forces a l'equipe de Pune, en Inde. L'etendue des responsabilites comprend le support de niveau 1 pour gerer et maintenir la disponibilite des infrastructures de production et des equipements reseau critiques a l'echelle mondiale, ainsi que la creation de documents. Il s'agit d'un poste permanent a temps plein, 40 heures par semaine, dont les horaires varient entre 8 h et 21 h 30 HNE. L'horaire de travail standard sera de 12 h 30 h a 21 h 30 h HNE avec une pause d'une heure. L'equipe couvrira 7 jours par semaine; les candidats doivent etre disponibles pour travailler les fin de semaines et certains jours feries.

is looking for a motivated and technically strong IT Monitoring Services & Support Specialist in our

Montreal, QC, CAN office,

in an onsite/hybrid role.

The IT Monitoring and Operations Team is spread across several locations globally. This team is responsible for monitoring the Production infrastructure in a 24x7 environment and collaborates with Dassault Systemes IT teams in the Americas, Europe and Asia. We are currently building a team of five, for the Montreal's Monitoring Operations Center, to join forces with the team in Pune, India. The range of responsibilities includes Level 1 support to manage and maintain the uptime of critical Production Infrastructure and Network equipment globally, as well as creating documentation. This is a full-time permanent position, 40 hours a week and ranging between 8 AM to 9:30 PM Eastern Standard Time. The typical work schedule will be from 12:30 PM to 9:30 PM EST with 1-hour break.

The team will cover 7 days a week; candidates should be available to work weekend shifts and some holidays

Qualifications

:

Un baccalaureat en informatique est preferable 1 a 2 ans d'experience en tant que membre du support L1 Connaissance pratique des systemes d'exploitation Linux ou Windows Bonnes capacites de depannage et de diagnostic sur les systemes Linux ou Windows Experience de travail avec des outils de surveillance d'entreprise comme Zabbix, SolarWinds, etc. est un atout Capacite a travailler en equipe Capacite a rediger de la documentation de maniere claire et concise Une excellente maitrise de l'anglais (a l'ecrit et a l'oral) est obligatoire pour interagir avec nos utilisateurs et nos equipes dans le monde entier La maitrise du francais est un atout important. La grande majorite des interaction et communications sont en anglais pour bien collaborer avec les equipes internationales.


La remuneration pour ce poste sera proportionnelle a l'experience. La fourchette de remuneration totale attendue sera comprise entre 55 000 $ et 80 000 $ representant le salaire de base (ou le salaire annualise base sur la remuneration horaire estimee) et le bonus cible.

Qualifications

Bachelor Degree in Computer Science is preferred 1 to 2 years working as an L1 support member Working knowledge of Linux Operating System or Windows Operating System Good troubleshooting and diagnostic skills on Linux or Windows Systems Working experience with Enterprise Monitoring Tools like Zabbix, SolarWinds, etc is an asset Ability to work in a team Ability to write documentation in a clear and concise way Excellent skills in English (written & verbal) is mandatory to interact with our users worldwide Fluency in French is a significant asset

Compensation for this role will be commensurate with experience. The total expected compensation range will be between $55,000 - $80,000 CAN, representing the base salary (or annualized salary based on estimated hourly compensation) and target bonus.

At Dassault Systemes, permanent employees get group benefits from their first day of employment. Salary pay Transprency
Compensation for the role will be commensurate with experience. The total expected compensation range will be between $C50000 and $C75000, representing the base salary (or annualized salary based on estimated hourly compensation) and target bonus.
