IT Manager
IT Infrastructure & Support
Manage and support all core IT infrastructure, including networking, firewalls, VPN, endpoint devices, and IT security.
Monitor and maintain system performance and availability to ensure business continuity.
Provide Tier 1-2 user support for hardware, connectivity, and systems issues.
Cloud Migration & File Storage
Lead the company's transition from on-premise server infrastructure to cloud-based file management solutions.
Evaluate cloud platforms, oversee vendor engagement, and ensure secure and seamless migration.
Implement governance for file access, backup/recovery, and version control.
Software & Licensing Administration
Act as administrator for company-wide software tools including productivity suites, collaboration tools, and business applications.
Maintain inventory of software licenses, manage renewals, and optimize usage to control costs.
Evaluate new tools and technologies to support operational efficiency.
Telecommunications Oversight
Manage telecommunications platforms (internet, VoIP, mobile), including user provisioning, usage monitoring, and contract/vendor oversight.
Identify opportunities to optimize costs and streamline services.
Priority ERP Administration
Serve as the system administrator for Priority ERP, ensuring stability, security, and optimal performance of the platform.
Manage user provisioning, access rights, approval limits, and role-based permissions in line with internal control requirements.
Support ongoing system configuration and functional optimization based on business needs.
Oversee integration and data synchronization between Priority ERP and third-party platforms, including banking systems, Zoho, and payroll providers.
Coordinate with functional departments (Finance, Sales, Operations) to ensure ERP configurations support business processes effectively.
Zoho Platform Management
Serve as the internal Zoho expert for CRM, Projects, Books, Analytics, and other modules in use.
Configure user access, workflows, dashboards, lead management reports, and data permissions.
Support cross-departmental needs for automation, customization, and reporting.
Liaise with Zoho support and consultants for advanced configuration or troubleshooting.
Qualifications
On-site position, with flexibility to work from home
Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field; equivalent experience will be considered.
Minimum 5 years of experience in an IT Manager or Administrator role, preferably in a small or mid-sized organization.
Strong knowledge of network infrastructure, cloud platforms (e.g., Microsoft 365, Google Workspace), and security best practices.
Demonstrated experience migrating from on-premise to cloud environments.
Hands-on experience administering and optimizing enterprise software, including Zoho One (required).
Proven ability to manage vendor relationships, software licensing, and telecommunications contracts.
Excellent troubleshooting, communication, and organizational skills.
High level of autonomy and initiative, with a problem-solving and service-oriented mindset.
