Position Overview:



The IT Manager will oversee daily technology operations and ensure reliable, secure, and efficient service delivery across the organization. This role involves leading the IT team, managing infrastructure and cybersecurity, and supporting end-user computing. The IT Manager will partner with business stakeholders to develop and implement technology strategies aligned with company objectives.



Key Responsibilities:

Translate business goals into an IT roadmap with clear milestones and KPIs. Lead and mentor IT staff (helpdesk, systems, network, and security support). Oversee help desk operations, ensuring service quality, response and resolution times. Manage IT security operations including system hardening, patching, endpoint, protection, vulnerability management, and incident response planning. Champion efficient onboarding/offboarding to ensure secure day-pone productivity. Manage core IT services (identify, email, file services, printing), networks (LAN/WAN/Wi-Fi), and telephony. Troubleshoot and provide immediate response to network and system outrages. Administer Microsoft 365, SSO, MFA, and conditional access. Administer and maintain Microsoft SQL Server (MSSQL) databases, including backups, performance tuning, and user access management. Partner with stakeholders to evaluate, implement, and integrate SaaS/ERP/CRM tools. Maintain least-privilege access, audit-ready documentation, and ensure compliance with IT policies, audits, and corporate standards. Manage IT budget, licensing, and vendor contracts. Deliver IT projects on time, within scope, and aligned to business priorities. Lead Network restructuring project, including Active Directory migration and modernization initiatives. Drive IT change management processes to ensure smooth adoption of new systems, minimize disruption, and align technology changes and business needs. Demonstrate a service-orientated mindset with an internal customer focus. Maintain effective communication with service provider, vendor, and related party including internal staff. Manage IT services in 2 different locations.


Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field. 8+ years in IT with at last 3+ years in a manager role. Solid networking fundamentals (DHCP/DNS/VLANs/VPNs/SD-WAN/Wi-Fi). Strong knowledge of security technologies such as Network Access Control (NAC), Secure Access Service Edge (SASE), Endpoint Detection & Response (EDR), and Data Loss Prevention (DLP). Knowledge of IT change management principles and ability to plan, communicate, and implement technology changes across the organization. Security-first mindset: MFA, SSO, EDR, patching, least privilige, backup/restore. Proven vendor management and budgeting experience. Excellent communication, prioritization, and stakeholder management skills.


Preferred

Qualifications:

Experience with ERP/CRM integrations, ITSM tools, and BI/reporting. Relevant certifications (e.g., ITIL, Security+, Network+, Azure, PMP). Experience in Network and Infrastructure setup and deployment.
