Operational ownership of cloud and on-premise IT Infrastructure and collaboration platforms.
Implement technical and/or non-technical changes to meet organizational goals in reliability, and quality of services.
Maintains and administer the IT infrastructure processes such as add, moves and changes to active directory, storage systems, Azure cloud, servers, network, application hosting, backup , server level patching, infrastructure security.
Maintains and administer collaboration platforms such as Microsoft 365.
Assist senior management with review of IT vendors in procurement
Help standardize organizational processes to increase efficiency and reduce costs of storage and servers
Perform IT infrastructure audit tasks and understanding of NIST
Plan and manage all IT functions, including server and network infrastructure, business systems development and support, data management and general IT support services.
Support a governance structure that aligns IT application initiatives with business priorities while balancing resource constraints (human and fiscal) to optimize IT investments.
Manage requests for proposal/services processes, determine service requirements, sourcing vendors, determine costs and timing, negotiate terms and conditions with vendors, and monitor work/service/product quality and performance.
Prepare and maintain operations, Disaster Recovery Plan (DRP) that supports the Business Continuity Plan (BCP), and Security Plan to ensure timely and effective restoration of data and IT services in the event of any disaster or failure.
Manage all IT service partners within contracted SLAs and engage negotiate with new partners to deliver technology roadmap and migration to cloud based technologies.
Participate in the design, support and continual improvement of an end user support including: Help Desk, onsite desk side, virtual desktop, application packaging / patching, mobile device support, voice/video conferencing, and IT projects.
Directly manage and support the End User support, Network, Infrastructure, cloud services and security components with onsite IT staff and third-party service partners.
Identify and implement process improvements in the architecture and/or infrastructure of existing systems.
Lead ARB process and approvals for new projects, initiatives, and future technology roadmaps
Participate in Agile projects and lead in both business and IT project work/tasks, as required.
Remain up to date on new and emerging technologies within area of technical expertise and serve as resource to business and employees.
Provide dashboards, metrics, and KPIs to manage, support the support processes.
Recommend information technology strategies, policies, and procedures by evaluating organizational outcomes and opportunities
Maintain professional and technical knowledge by attending educational workshops, reviewing professional publications, establishing personal networks, and participating in professional societies
