Position: IT Manager, Infrastructure

Our client is currently seeking an IT Infrastructure Manager to join their team. They have a collaborative team and an amazing work culture with great growth potential!
This role will require experience with O365, Azure Cloud, VM, Ticketing Systems, Server Support, and Network Administration.
Your new role:
You will be responsible for overseeing the secure IT environment by managing cloud-based systems, including Microsoft Office 365, and the overall information systems (SharePoint, email, databases). This role fosters digital innovation and leads a small team of IT professionals, offering strategic guidance and hands-on support. Develop and maintain integrated information management strategies, the manager ensures seamless business operations, optimal performance, and security through cyber frameworks and data recovery processes. Effective team leadership, vendor management, budgeting, and adherence to industry trends contribute to a robust and innovative IT infrastructure. Regular system audits and security measures.
Key Requirements:

- 10 years of progressive IT Operations Management experience, specializing in cloud platforms like Microsoft Azure and Amazon Web Services (AWS), cloud migration strategies, Microsoft Office 365, emerging tech, IT security, and compliance
- Deep understanding of IT Infrastructure and application of architecture knowledge, including Microsoft Office 365 tools like Exchange Online, SharePoint Online, Teams, and OneDrive
- Strong grasp of networking, network administration, information security, data backup/recovery, and data protection best practices
- Proven track record in implementing and managing enterprise-level software and hardware systems
- Experience in overseeing reliable, high-performance, and secure operational infrastructure through service level agreements and supervision
- Proficient in staff management, budgeting, and fostering diverse collaborations
- Exceptional organizational, problem-solving, and time management skills with an innovative mindset
- Effective communication for successful cross-functional teamwork and stakeholder engagement
