Position Summary



We're seeking a hands-on IT Manager, Applications to join our team and play a key role in supporting and enhancing our technology ecosystem. Working alongside our IT Manager, Infrastructure, in this role, you'll deliver seamless application support, manage our ERP, and oversee key platforms like Microsoft 365, Celigo, and AI tools. You'll ensure systems are running smoothly, users are empowered, and data flows securely across integrated applications. You will also be the primary back-up to the IT Manager, Infrastructure as needed. This is a high-impact role for someone who thrives on collaboration continuous improvement. Responsibilities



Application SupportSoftware Management



ERP Management

NetSuite Management

Administer and manage our NetSuite ERP environment including system maintenance, userrole administration, system monitoring, license management. Work with our 3rd Party ACS Support to manage support and tickets and user issues Assist with training platform to ensure user knowledge is grownmaintained Administer, manage, support reporting with end users
Celigo Management

Monitor and manage the flow of Data Between NetSuite and our 3rd party applications.
Office365 Management

O365 Admin Center Management

Administer tenant-wide settings and service configurations within the Microsoft 365 Admin Center. Monitor license usage, service health, and system alerts.
Exchange Email Administration

Manage mail flow, retention policies, and mailbox permissions, mailbox data and archives Support anti-spam filtering, transport rules, and hybrid exchange environments
Identity Management & Policies

Create and manage users, groups, and roles through Azure AD. Apply conditional access policies, MFA, and automated provisioning/deprovisioning workflows.
Microsoft Teams Administration

Configure Teams policies and lifecycle management. Support voice integration, meeting policies, and user education.
SharePoint Administration

Manage site collections, permissions, and storage quotas. Implement best practices for content management and collaboration. Review existing environment and implement better controls for data management
Security & Compliance Monitoring

Monitor security incidents via Microsoft Defender for Office 365 and Security & Compliance Center. Review audit logs and apply data loss prevention (DLP) rules.
AI Management

ManageControl access to AI Tools

Monitor and oversee usage of AI tools, plug-ins, platforms, machine and deep language learning models

Other IT Tasks



ComputerUser hardware and software support Data and cloud management and backup procedure and execution Support SQL DB and File Transfer Controls protocols Be available on an on-call basis to respond to critical IT issues, being on-site at head office when necessary

Backup Responsibilities



Along with your key responsibilities you will be required to provide backup support to the IT Manager, Infrastructure These include but are not limited to:
Infrastructure & Server Administration

Implement, support and maintain our Local Network and Virtual Server Environment. Manage and maintain our HostsVirtual ServersData Storage. Manage our local Windows Server Environment including maintenance, patching, new server setups, licensing and security. Manage and monitor our Fortinet Security Fabric : firewalls, Endpoint security and connectivity (VPN/ZTNA), logs and dashboards of Fortinet Services (watch and act on emerging threats) Switches Configuration & Management: deploy, configure and maintain Layer 2 / Layer 3 switches (Cisco, Ruckus, etc.), monitor port activity, VLANs, trunking and redundancy protocols (STP, HSRP) WiFi Applications & Network: manage wireless controllers and access points, monitor and troubleshoot wireless performance, coverage, security, guest networks and policies DHCP Scope & IP Management: administer DHCP scopes across multiple segments, ensuring efficient IP address allocation, lease durations, and reservations; monitor and audit DHCP activity and conflicts DNS Administration: maintain and troubleshoot DNS zones, records (A, CNAME, PTR, etc.); support dynamic updates, name resolution issues, and DNS security Work with virtual servers and patching process and procedures while monitoring and maintaining licensing policies
Other

Document infrastructure changes, networking specifics and creating technical diagrams Maintain Asset Inventories Manage and Maintain Backup Systems, DR Site and DR Plan Cyber Security program management, including education and awareness training platform

The Ideal Candidate



Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field. 7-10+ years of hands-on experience in application Supportprogram management Proven experience managing Microsoft 365 environments (4-5 years preferred). Experience with ERP Systems (NetSuite Administration experience Preferred) Familiarity with Windows Server environments and Active Directory integrations Strong understanding of cloud security frameworks and data governance. Certifications such as CompTIA Network+, CCNA, or MCSA are highly desirable Microsoft certification (e.g., MS-100, MS-101, or SC-300) is a plus Cyber Security certification CISSP, CISM, SSCP, CEH, COMP TIA+ considered a plus Experience with VMWare Hosts, HyperV, and NetApp environments considered a plus. Experience with FortiNet services and solutions considered a plus. Experience with Windows Servers a plus Strong sense of ownership and accountability. Excellent communication, self-starter and troubleshooting skills. Ability to work independently and collaboratively cross-functionally with technical and non-technical teams. Sharp problem-solving skills and strong attention to detail Proactive mindset toward reliability, performance, and security Ability to learn new systems and how they interact with our environment, Evaluation skills of new and emerging technologies
