Summary

We are seeking a dedicated IT Instructor to join our campus team in Mississauga/Toronto. This role is vital in delivering high-quality IT education that supports our college's mission of excellence. The ideal candidate will be passionate about teaching and committed to student success.

Responsibilities

Create instructional materials and assessments

aligned with curriculum standards, with a strong emphasis on

Cyber Security and Digital Marketing

coursework.

Support students in understanding complex IT concepts

and practical applications, particularly in areas such as

network security, threat analysis, ethical hacking, digital marketing strategies, SEO, and analytics

.

Collaborate with faculty and program coordinators

to enhance the overall educational experience and ensure content quality across IT, Cyber Security, and Digital Marketing programs.

Maintain up-to-date knowledge of current IT trends and technologies

, including evolving cyber threats, security frameworks, emerging digital marketing tools, and industry best practices.

Assist in integrating technology into classroom activities

, using hands-on labs, simulations, digital marketing platforms, and cybersecurity tools to enrich student learning.

Provide mentorship and career guidance

to students pursuing IT pathways, with dedicated support for those specializing in

Cyber Security and Digital Marketing

Qualifications

Proven experience teaching or training in Information Technology. Strong knowledge of current IT tools, software, and industry standards. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to develop engaging instructional content. Prior university or college teaching experience is preferred. Passion for education and student development. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
