Plasman Global Head Quarters, 5245 Burke Street, Windsor, ON is immediately seeking a new member to join our team as: IT Infrastructure Manager The IT Infrastructure Manager or designate will manage, co-ordinate and assist in all infrastructure related activities within the IT department Key Responsibilities include:

• Manages and coordinates the IT Infrastructure team in incident response, system deployments and upgrades, and overall infrastructure project execution
• Work as part of the IT Management team help define the global IT strategy and to ensure systems and service availability is aligned with business requirements
• Accountable for the overall maintenance, support, and security of all corporate data center (s)
• Responsible and Accountable for Disaster Recovery plan and implementation
• Responsible for all external and internal networking
• Responsible for operating systems maintenance and support
• Policies/Procedures
  • Post and develop "how to\'s" information for end users to reduce demand on IT Support.
  • Develop policies and procedures for hardware, software, and operating systems
  • Develop standard practices and department work instructions
  • Develop ITIL standards for change management, incident management and release management.

MINIMUM EDUCATION/OR DESIGNATION REQUIREMENTS: This position requires the following minimum education qualifications

• Must possess a secondary school diploma or equivalent, with preference given to those who have completed a designation, or successful completion of a college level program in relation to the field of computer science.
• Certification: Microsoft MCIPT, Citrix, VMWare and Cisio.
• ITIL Certification
• Security: CISSP or CISM

MINIMUM WORK EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS:

• Must have at least 3-5 years\' experience in the field of Computer Science, with strong experience with data center\'s, storage array networks, terminal services, Microsoft operating systems, networking (cisio), security and ITIL experience.

Minimum Training Requirements:

• Microsoft - MCIPT certification
• Cisio, VMWare and Citrix
• ITIL
• CISSP
• WHMIS/MSDS
• Quality, Environmental Health & Safety, and other relevant Company Policy awareness
• New Employee Orientation (when required)
