Need an IT Infrastructure Field Support Technician in Calgary, AB T2C 4T5 CA:1. 2-4 years of experience in providing IT Infrastructure field support which includes troubleshooting hardware, software, operating system issues and problems and fixing the issues without impacting / violating the hardware warranty or customer security compliance requirements.2. Lenovo certification required but can be done with us during the onboarding process. Other OEM certifications are desirable.3. Hands on experience in installation and troubleshooting and fixing desktop, Printers, Laptop and other computer peripherals hardware problem4. Very good trouble shooting and issue resolution experience in Microsoft windows 7 and 10.5. Experience or ability to follow installation instructions in installation and troubleshooting desktop applications like MS office, Adobe Acrobat, MS outlook, MS Visio, MS front page, MS one note, MS project, MS Internet Explorer and other standard desktop applications6. Knowledge on managing and troubleshooting antivirus software, experience / exposure to virus outbreak management preferred7. Experience in Manufacturing/Industrial Application Services, Workstation, RFID scanner, Bar code scanner, Controllers, Scale AS, PLC etc. will be a value add8. Good communication and documentation skills9. Basic knowledge about enterprise LAN and WAN setups and concepts. Ability to perform instruction based network activities at sites10. Ability to co-ordinate with different internal support groups (Like Network, Messaging, Security and change management teams)11. Ability to physically move PCs on the floor and to the desks12.
