Job Description


Position Job Title: IT Helpdesk Dispatcher Location: Remote Reports To: Manager, IT Services Specific Responsibilities

  • Assist with Helpdesk activities for IT members and students.
  • Receive, evaluate, and prioritize Help Desk trouble tickets.
  • Assign tickets to appropriate IT team members.
  • Follow up on IT requests/tickets submitted via the issue tracking system.
  • Support students with Office 365 Accounts and address student issues with those accounts, whether by phone calls, emails, or tickets
  • Provide basic troubleshooting & follow-up for Office 365 accounts.
  • Email correspondence
  • Assist with the implementation and enforcement of policies and procedures.
  • Liaise with HR and other departments as necessary to provide technical and administrative support to students and staff members.
  • This position requires you to work remotely.
Position Requirements
  • Prior experience working with IT Helpdesk
  • Troubleshoot Microsoft Office products, i.e., Outlook, Word, and Excel Communication skills are a must.
  • Prioritizing and expediting tickets.
  • Gathering information from users to complete a ticket.
  • Demonstrate patience with users not comfortable with technology.
