Job Summary: Assist the team in maintaining clients\' infrastructure and solving day to day help desk issues as clients require. On-site work will be required so a valid drivers license is required, however work will primarily be performed from our office in London, Ontario. Analyze tickets and infrastructure to identify trends and develop solutions. Reviewing reports and making suggestions for remediation and troubleshooting. Work with the Service Manager in a ticketed environment to solve technical problems and implement solutions.
