IT Operations & Support Assistant (Full-Time, Hybrid)
The CAMA Group, which includes the Canadian Association of Medical Aesthetics (CAMA), the Canadian Aesthetics Expo, and Therapeutic Aesthetics (TA), is seeking a highly reliable and professional IT Operations & Support Assistant to support our IT Director in ensuring smooth day-to-day technical operations.
This is a fast-paced environment that requires strong communication, responsiveness consistency, and the ability to stay organized across multiple brands and systems.
Some travel to surrounding GTA locations required.
What You Will Do
Be online, available, and responsive for the full shift (chat, voice, and video).
Manage IT support tickets end-to-end:
Log issues and requests.
Assign or escalate when appropriate.
Follow through to resolution.
Support account setup, permissions, onboarding, and access changes.
Troubleshoot basic IT issues across Microsoft 365, Google Workspace, cloud
platforms, and internal tools.
Provide clear user support and guidance for CRM systems, apps, and
operational tools.
Document recurring issues, solutions, and gaps that need improvement.
Participate in meetings, record action items, and ensure follow-up is completed.
Assist the IT Director with system administration, testing, QA, and ongoing
projects.
Maintain a calm, polite, professional tone in all written and verbal communication.
What Makes You a Strong Candidate
Excellent communicator who can explain technical concepts to non-technical users.

Experience with helpdesk or ticketing systems (CRM experience is an asset)
Comfortable working with:
Microsoft 365; Google Workspace; CRMs and cloud-based applications
Able to work independently and remain focused throughout the shift.
Reliable high-speed internet and a quiet, professional workspace.
Consistent work ethic -- reliability and availability are essential.
Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and handling issues calmly.
