We are seeking a highly motivated and talented IT Graduate to join our dynamic team. You will have the opportunity to explore various areas of the IT Software Engineering field, including front-end development, back-end development, quality assurance, and data engineering. Your role will involve collaborating with experienced professionals to contribute to the design, development, testing and maintenance of innovative IT solutions.

You Will:

• Gain a deep understanding of our organization\'s infrastructure, systems, and processes.
• Actively participate in on-the-job training and in-class instruction.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to analyze business requirements and contribute to the development of technical solutions using Agile and Scrum practices.
• Contribute to the design and development of user interfaces, application logic, or data pipelines, or pursue a path of software quality assurance.
• Stay updated with emerging technologies, industry trends, and best practices in your area of interest in the IT field.
• Document and maintain comprehensive technical documentation, including system specifications, user guides and test cases.

Qualifications

You Have:

• Bachelor\'s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
• Understanding of programming languages like Java, Python, JavaScript, or C#.
• Familiarity with web development (HTML5, CSS3, React or VueJS) for frontend roles.
• Solid experience with relational databases (e.g. PostgreSQL, Microsoft SQL Server).
• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
• Knowledge of Agile, Scrum, and version control systems
