Team Overview:
The IT Service & Delivery team is part of MLSE Digital Labs, an innovation organization that unites business and digital strategy and works across MLSE to build competitive advantage through technical capabilities. We are a combination of team-members with diverse background who are passionate about the work that we do. Our mandate is to provide efficient and effective IT support services to business units across MLSE.
The Role:
Reporting to the Manager of Service & Delivery, the IT Generalist (Digital Labs) Intern will have the unique opportunity to work with a leading Sports & Entertainment company in providing IT support, assist with operational programs / initiatives, administer support to end users and answer inbound incidents and requests.
This role will also be responsible for various activities to improve the day-to-day processes of the IT Service & Delivery team, including developing appropriate documentations, monitoring events, and other needs of the management team as requested
