The Dilawri Group is now actively searching for an IT Field Technician to join the team! This role will require the ability to commute to various locations within the GTA to provide support for our dealerships.

Responsibilities:

• Solid foundation in: Technical support, Network/Software/Inventory Management, System Maintenance, Customer Service, Documentation, Team Collaboration, and Project Assistance.
• Demonstrated ability to work independently with exceptional troubleshooting, problem-solving, and solution-implementation skills.
• Foster and maintain positive and professional relationships at customer sites.
• Collaborate effectively as a team player.
• Highly organized and dependable.
• Willingness to travel within the GTA.
• Perform tasks as assigned by management when not engaged in service calls.
• Must be available to rotate schedule from Monday to Friday and Tuesday to Saturday, with occasional after hour projects
• Prior experience in a similar IT field technician role is highly desirable.

Qualifications:

• Associate or Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, or a related field preferred.
• Relevant certifications such as CompTIA A+, Network+, or similar are advantageous.
• Proven experience in an IT field technician role, preferably within the automotive industry.
• Good customer service and time management skills
• Car with valid Ontario Driver's License
• Clean Driver's Abstract
