- Plan and implement age-appropriate educational activities and lesson plans for children in the classroom
- Create a safe and nurturing environment for children to learn and grow
- Collaborate with co-educators to ensure a cohesive learning environment
- Maintain open and effective communication with parents regarding their child\'s progress What credentials do you need to work at AW?
- Infant Toddler Early Childhood Educator certification - MUST!
- CPR and First Aid certification (or willingness to obtain)

Our director of operations is present each day at the centres and works completely out of ratio, so she is there to offer guidance and a helping hand on days that feel tough!
