Compensation: $150k + $170k + Bonus (20%) + Vacation (With sick / PTO days) + Summer hours + Full Benefits with 100% coverage and RRSP's
Requirements:
- The main requirement we are looking for is someone that has decentralized IT functions and created IT presence from scratch in a new country.
- 12+ Years experience working in IT; at last 3 years experience as an IT Director
- Strong with Systems, Networks and Security; jack of all trades
- Managed development teams (hands on development not required)
- MS Dynamics 365 + Business Central (ERP / CRM); previously using INFOR
- MS Azure
- Compliance + Audit; ISO 270001
- Dashboards; Power BI; Reporting
- Modernization of IT environments; migrations from legacy platforms
Requirements:

• A minimum of 12 years of experience in IT, including at least 3 years in a senior leadership role as an IT Director.
• Proven expertise in creating decentralized IT functions and establishing IT operations in new regions.
• Strong knowledge of systems, networks, and security, with a comprehensive understanding of IT infrastructure.
• Hands-on experience with ERP and CRM platforms, particularly Dynamics 365 Business Central.
• Proficiency in cloud technologies and services, including Azure.
• Familiarity with compliance frameworks and audit processes, such as ISO 27001.
• Ability to analyze and present data using Power BI.
• Demonstrated success in managing and guiding development teams to achieve organizational objectives.
