Job Overview
We are seeking a highly organized and tech-savvy
Office Coordinator
to manage the daily operations of our busy IT Department. The ideal candidate will act as the central point of contact between our technical team and the rest of the organization, ensuring smooth communication and efficient administrative workflows.Duties
Office Management:
Organize department schedules and maintain office supplies.Document Control:
Create, format, and manage technical documentation, reports, and internal memos.Communication:
Handle departmental emails, coordinate between IT staff and vendors, and assist with client inquiries.Data Entry & Tracking:
Maintain IT inventory logs, software license records, and project timelines.Requirements & Qualifications
Microsoft Office Expert:
Advanced proficiency inWord
(formatting reports),Excel
(tracking data/budgets), andOutlook
(calendar management).Computer Literacy:
Strong comfort level with technology, including file management (OneDrive), and basic troubleshooting.Organizational Skills:
Exceptional ability to multitask and prioritize deadlines in a fast-paced environment.Professionalism:
Strong verbal and written communication skills with a high level of attention to detail.Experience:
Previous experience in an administrative or office management role (experience in an IT or tech environment is a plus).Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: $41,600.00 per year
