to lead our IT operations across all our healthcare clinics. This role oversees the entire IT department and ensures our clinical and administrative staff have reliable, secure, and efficient technology to support high-quality patient care.
The ideal candidate is both technically strong and highly organized, able to coordinate team workloads, plan ahead, and make assertive decisions - all while maintaining professional and courteous relationships with staff, vendors, and service providers.
Supervise the IT team, including workload planning, scheduling, and task distribution.
Report regularly to the COO on IT activities, priorities, risks, and team progress.
Manage daily IT operations across multiple clinic locations.
Provide advanced support for Juno EMR, digital faxing, telehealth tools, and clinical hardware.
Oversee networks, servers, backups, system access, and security protocols.
Maintain cybersecurity and ensure compliance with PIPA/FOIPPA.
Coordinate with vendors and service providers in an assertive, professional manner.
Lead IT projects, upgrades, and technology rollouts.
Collaborate with accounting to balance IT expenses, track budgets, and manage purchasing.
Maintain inventory of IT equipment, licenses, and warranties.

Pay: $62,000.00-$66,000.00 per year
