Job Description

Basic Function:

The IT Coordinator supports the overall efficiency and connectivity of the organization by ensuring technology and systems run smoothly across all areas of the business. This role contributes to the company's success by maintaining reliable operations, assisting in the adoption and understanding of internal systems, and helping staff use technology effectively to meet organizational goals. With a hands-on and solutions-oriented approach, the IT Coordinator plays an important part in strengthening daily operations, enhancing productivity, and supporting the company's continued growth.

Specific Responsibilities and Duties:

Technical Support & Troubleshooting



Provide day-to-day IT support for staff (on-site and remote), including troubleshooting hardware, software, and network issues.*
Set up, configure, and maintain computers, printers, mobile devices, and related peripherals.*
Perform regular system updates, backups, and maintenance to ensure consistent uptime and security.*

Server & Network Administration



Manage and maintain the on-site Windows Server 2022 environment, including user access, shared drives, file permissions, and system performance.*
Oversee and troubleshoot local and cloud network connections, ensuring reliable connectivity and data access.*
Manage cloud and archive server files, ensuring appropriate data organization and backup.*
Monitor security and performance, applying updates and patches as required.*

User Account & Software Management



Handle employee onboarding and offboarding, including setup and removal of user accounts, devices, and access permissions.*
Manage software licensing, renewals, and compliance.*
Support the deployment and configuration of company software applications.*
Submit tickets to software provider when needed*

Vendor & Procurement Support



Act as the primary liaison with IT vendors and service providers (internet, software, and security).*
Procure, set up, and maintain IT hardware, ensuring all equipment meets company standards.*
Keep accurate records of IT assets and inventory*.

Pay: From $55,000.00 per year
