Position Overview:
As a Consultant, you will be involved with client projects, including but not limited to design, configuration, testing, training, and support. You will assist the Senior Consultant, project manager, and the technical analysts in the gathering and defining of client to implement various Enterprise Content Management (ECM) Systems and Technology. This role acts as the key liaison between the customer and our technical team.
Key Responsibilities:
Development of business requirements including folder taxonomy, user and group permissions, records management, workflow processes, and system settings.
Development of testing scripts, including instructions, and expected outputs.
Development of change management and training materials to assist the customer with adoption.
Assist in the configuration, testing, and support of the OpenText Content Server and/or Microsoft SharePoint ECM systems.
Facilitate and coordinate User Acceptance Testing with internal Cadence personnel and Client personnel.
Facilitate meetings between the customer and the technical team.
Participate in the sales cycle, assisting the sales team with demonstrations and other requirements.
Qualifications:
1-5(+) years of experience
Degree or Diploma in related field.
AIIM or ARMA Certifications is desirable.
Ability to apply logic to document and solve complex business problems.
Willingness to collaborate and research to select the most efficient approach to a business problem.
Ability to remain organized and balance demands on multiple projects.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including the ability to communicate technical topics in an accessible way.
Excellent presentation skills.
Ability and desire to learn new technologies, methodologies, and tools.
Demonstrated ability to work effectively in a team environment.
Demonstrated proficiency in Microsoft Office.
Ability to work with virtual engagement tools such as Mural.
OpenText Content Server, SharePoint or a different ECM software experience would be ideal.
