Business Relationship Manager (BRM) Finance & Corporatif (L'Oreal for the future, Diversite & Inclusion, Communications, HR, Legal) Key Accountabilities & Responsibilities:
As a Business Relationship Manager, you will ensure seamless integration and strategic alignment between IT and our Finance and Corporate functions through the following key responsibilities:
Strategic Alignment & Demand Management:
Understand the strategies, objectives, and challenges of the Finance, L'Oreal for the Future, Legal, Data, Communications, and HR departments.
Engage business and IT leaders to define and prioritize requirements, ensuring alignment with the overall business vision and key strategies.
Co-own, with Business Process Owners, the global IT/business governance for the domain.
Act as a proactive business partner, articulating and clarifying needs, and evaluating demands to ensure alignment with defined strategy.
Shape demand by developing business cases, identifying products/services, and actively planning IT investments to ensure value creation.
IT Roadmap:
Ensure end-to-end vision and integration of processes and capabilities within the domain, aligning with overall Application Strategy.
Keep abreast of emerging trends and technologies, evaluating their business value and driving the adoption of internal/external best practices and innovation opportunities.
Performance & Communication:
Provide input to product managers on business needs, prioritization, and roadmapping for corporate IT services.
Market and communicate effectively the IT services available to business constituents and teams within Finance and Corporate.
Oversee solution delivery across its lifecycle, proactively managing business expectations, monitoring customer satisfaction, and communicating service performance as per SLAs.
