IT Sr. Business Analyst \xe2\x80\x93 Virtual Desktop and Virtual Application Services Domain Pharma/Biotech Location: Mississauga, ON (REMOTE) Experience 8 to 10Yrs
Rate CAD$68/hr on Inc/Corp to Corp Pharma/Biotech Client is looking for a Sr. Business Analyst to support various IT initiatives focused on virtual desktop and virtual application services. The candidate will work with business stakeholders, architects, engineering resources, and technical staff to support multiple dependent projects, organizations and virtual services use cases.
This consultant will work under the Client IT PMO.

• Senior Business Analyst who has worked on highly complex initiatives
• Strong experience with supporting large scale enterprise application integrations in regulated environment

* Background in in the Pharma/Biotech Industry is a plus

• Must have strong report development skills using Excel and PowerPoint
• Should be very proactive, work with minimal supervision, and be on top of time sensitive deliverables
• Possesses strong communication skills and is savvy working with both technology and business partners across the organization in a collaborative way (these projects require daily communications with a variety of global stakeholders)

Knowledge, Experience and Skills

• At least 8 years of experience in business analysis with a Bachelor\xe2\x80\x99s degree in a life science, business, or technical background is desirable.
• Experience working with virtual desktop (VDI) and virtual application solutions such as Citrix Virtual Application and Desktops (CVAD), AWS Workspaces, AppStream, and VMWare Horizon
• Experience working in Agile projects is a plus
• Prior experience with technology projects in Pharma/Life Science manufacturing, GxP and qualified/validated systems is a big plus
• Possesses seasoned expertise in project management methodologies, tools and techniques and financial management
• Possesses in-depth understanding of the SDLC and how to apply it to relevant projects
• The candidates need to be high-energy, positive attitude, flexible, team-player, self-directed, adaptable (lots of change) forward thinking (proactive), able to manage within uncertainty
• Outstanding ability to build relationships and balance customer, project, organization, and team needs to ensure mutually beneficial outcomes
• Excellent consultative skills and ability to communicate effectively across varied stakeholder audiences, including senior organizational leaders
• Proven ability to work with minimal guidance, manage multiple priorities simultaneously, and take initiative even under unfamiliar or ambiguous circumstance
• Proven aptitude to adapt to changes
• Demonstrates in-depth knowledge of IT functions and services
