Job Description

An

IT Business Analyst is responsible for analyzing IT systems and identifying how they can be improved to better meet business needs. They evaluate existing technology, gather and interpret data from stakeholders, and recommend solutions such as software upgrades or new IT implementations aimed at increasing productivity and aligning with organizational goals. Their tasks often include collecting and analyzing data regarding the organization and IT users, overseeing IT solutions implementation, and performing cost-benefit analyses on technology options. They also collaborate with cross-functional teams and communicate technical information to non-technical stakeholders effectively.

Key responsibilities include:

Collaborating with various departments to understand challenges and opportunities.

Researching and staying updated on the latest IT trends and technologies.

Leading IT projects from ideation to implementation.

Preparing detailed documentation and reports to support decision-making.
