Summary

We are seeking a Technical Business Analyst to support content migration, system modernization (e.g. SharePoint 2016 to Online), and government reorganization projects by coordinating between business and IT teams.

Responsibilities:

The proposed resource must meet or exceed one of the following:

Experience as a business analyst translating business requirements into detailed technical requirements in an enterprise IT environment. Experience collecting and analyzing requirements for implementing cloud based projects and services with large scale cloud providers. Experience identifying and assessing requirements within multiple architecture domains e.g. business, application, technology, data/information, security, and privacy. Experience in developing integrated system and technical design specifications on complex engagements. Experience in facilitating and managing business process development and process re-engineering workshops and sessions. Experience in gathering requirements from a diverse group of stakeholders across ministries or departments.

Can Have:

Experience developing and delivering communications and presentations at multiple levels of an organization. (eg. Executive Management, Management, Program Sponsors, Steering Committee, Branch Managers, End Users) Experience in the development of project documents for a wide variety of initiatives and projects (strategic, business improvement, information technology, etc.). Experience in understanding the impact of policies, processes and procedures on performance. Experience with User Acceptance Testing processes on large, complex, multi-stakeholder environment. Experience working in or for the public sector.

Pay: $60.00-$65.00 per hour
