IT Business Analyst \xe2\x80\x93 Contract position in Burnaby (Hybrid):
On behalf of our client in Burnaby, Ignite Technical Resources is looking for an IT Business Analyst with our client for a 6-month contract opportunity.
Role Description:
The IT Business Analyst will be responsible for the support of the development and sustainment of a partner portal.
Responsibilities:
- Analyze and document requirements, business processes, and create artifacts as appropriate for solution design and implementation
- Engage in testing and quality assurance
- Assist with change management and training activities
- Provide technical and training support
Requirements:
- 3 to 5 years of experience as a business analyst
- 1 to 3 years of experience with SharePoint
- 1 to 3 years of experience with MS Teams
- Proficient with M365 applications
- Demonstrated superior analytical, problem solving and judgement skills
- Ability to learn and quickly comprehend technical and business concepts
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
- Experience working with Dynamics 365 or Power Apps Portal (Power Pages)
- Prior portal implementation experience
- Customer service experience
Nice-to-have:
- Experience working for public agencies and/or social service organization
- Experience working in Construction, Housing, or Real-Estate industries
