Working with one of the top financial clients, this role calls for an IT Auditor - ICFR who will provide oversight and independent assurance across audit engagements with a focus on internal controls over financial reporting. The successful candidate will lead and participate in complex audits, ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, and deliver actionable insights to mitigate risks and strengthen operational efficiency. This role requires a strong foundation in IT audit, advanced technical skills, and proven experience managing cross-functional stakeholder relationships.
Responsibilities:

• Lead audit communications and reporting processes with stakeholders, senior management, and external auditors.
• Oversee identification, design, testing, and implementation of complex audit initiatives.
• Provide guidance and resolution for non-standard audit issues and escalate findings where required.
• Plan and execute audit activities that require cross-functional alignment.
• Support follow-ups of findings from internal audits and regulatory reviews.
• Act as a subject matter expert (SME) in audits involving ICFR and IT risk assessments.
• Monitor emerging trends and regulatory changes to identify areas for improvement.
• Foster a collaborative, knowledge-sharing work environment to drive efficiency and results.

Desired Skill Set:

• 8+ years of IT audit experience with strong knowledge of audit processes and methodologies.
• Minimum 2+ years of ICFR experience.
• Advanced Excel proficiency (including pivot tables, lookups, etc.).
• Proven management or leadership experience.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Team player with the ability to collaborate effectively across groups.
• Strong judgment and discretion in handling sensitive or confidential information.

Nice-to-Have

• Previous banking or financial services industry experience.
