Location: Laval (4204 Industrial Blvd., Laval)

Hybrid mode: 3 days at the Laval office and 2 days remotely

THE ROLE

As a Manager, you\xe2\x80\x99ll work as part of a team of problem solvers with extensive consulting and industry experience, helping solve complex business issues from strategy to execution. Specific responsibilities include but are not limited to:

Contribute to the development of your own and team\xe2\x80\x99s technical acumen

Develop strategies and methodologies to solve complex technical challenges

Train, coach, and supervise staff

As a Manager you will be responsible for managing IT audit and integrated audit engagements, including planning, executing and reporting on audit projects. From coaching perspective, the position is responsible for day to day management of the IT audit team, mentoring, developing and coaching junior team member and managing staff utilization.

As a Manager, you will be involved in diverse projects in the following areas:

IT General Control and Application Control Audits and Reviews;

Data Conversion and System Under Development Reviews;

Mergers and acquisitions

Liaising with external audit

Information Technology Controls Assessments for compliance to SOX/52-109/PCI;

Design, Evaluation and implementation of security and controls in ERP systems;

SOC 1, SOC 2 and SOC 3 audits of controls (CSAE 3416, SSAE 16, ISAE3402, etc.); and Data quality and analytics.

WHAT YOU\'LL NEED

Minimum 7-10 years of experience in the field of IT auditing

Candidates require in depth knowledge and have a proven track record of information systems auditing and/or business process controls auditing gained through on-the-job experience.

Experience auditing or working with complex financial systems is considered an asset.

Candidates must be able to demonstrate this expertise and be recognized for developing thought leadership or sharing lead practices on IT risks and controls.

Solid oral and written communications skills (French and English).

Candidates must be self-motivated in order to work independently.

A bachelor\xe2\x80\x99s degree in computer information systems, or Accounting with a specialization in IT.

Certification in information systems auditing or an accounting designation is required. Information systems auditing certifications include Certified Information Systems Auditor (CISA), Certified Information Security Manager (CISM), and Certified Information Systems Security Professional (CISSP). Accounting designations include Chartered Professional Accountant (CPA), Certified Management Accountant (CMA), and Certified General Accountant. The Certified Internal Auditor (CIA) certification is considered an asset.

Travel Requirements: Must be available to travel approximately 30% of the time.
