As the Team Lead at Collabria Financial Inc., you will play a dual role in both technical leadership and team management. You will support the manager by overseeing a multidisciplinary team and coordinating with external service providers to ensure the development, maintenance, and optimization of IT systems that support revolving credit account granting and management. This role demands deep technical expertise, strategic thinking, and strong leadership capabilities. You will guide your team through complex projects, ensure alignment with business goals, and foster a collaborative and high-performance culture. More specifically, you will be required to:
Act as a technology expert and architectural lead, guiding one or more work teams in the design, development, and implementation of IT solutions.
You will bridge the gap with IT Security by maintaining proactive communication and securing the necessary approvals in a timely manner.
Collaborate with management to drive the execution of technology projects and ensure alignment with strategic objectives.
Ensure the achievement of team goals and maintain high levels of satisfaction among internal customers and business partners.
Manage the lifecycle and modernization of platforms and tools (e.g., Salesforce suite, Jira), including obsolescence planning and updates.
Oversee testing activities to ensure systems meet quality standards and implement IT security practices in line with organizational policies.
Ensure compliance with contractual obligations of external service providers and manage vendor relationships effectively.
Lead all HR-related functions for the team, including recruitment, performance evaluations, talent development, and team building.
