We're looking for a
full-time Administrative & Data Assistant
who's not only efficient and detail-oriented but also tech-savvy and confident navigating various platforms and systems.
What You'll Do:
Enter, manage, and update data with a high level of accuracy
Assist with day-to-day administrative tasks, both digital and operational
Use cloud-based tools like Dropbox, Trello, Excel/Sheets, email platforms, and CRM software
Help streamline digital workflows and suggest tech-based solutions to improve efficiency
Organize and maintain online files and systems
Provide support with client communications and scheduling
You Might Be a Great Fit If You:
Are a fast and accurate typist with excellent attention to detail
Love working with tech tools, and you figure out new systems quickly
Can work independently and take initiative
Have strong problem-solving skills and enjoy improving processes
Are comfortable juggling multiple tasks and deadlines
Have experience with spreadsheets, data systems, and digital communication tools
Bonus Points If You:
Have a background in tech support, data science, or analytics
Know your way around automation tools (Zapier, Airtable, APIs, etc.)
Have experience supporting a small business or entrepreneur
